The use of all our superb facilities is included in the livery fee, with no hidden extras! They are accessed either directly from the tarmac yard or via a brick pathway – we remain mud free all year round.

- Claydon horse walker (floodlit and anti slip flooring)
- 16 acres of well fenced, weed free pasture – sub divided for flexible turnout, all with water taps
- Large, heated tack room (with washing machine)

- Close access to TROT ride, providing miles of exceptional off road hacking
